Clients who engage in services with Lashes by Cherry are in agreement with and obligated to adhere to the following policies.  
 
As a small home based business, there is only a limited number of appointments available. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) and no-shows are not tolerated. It can be extremely challenging to fill vacated slots with short notice. These last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly affect my clients and I. The booking policy represents the most equitable approach to uphold appointment commitments. 

[CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES / NO SHOW]

  • Reschedules made with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the appointment can be arranged through the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • Reschedules within 72 hours of your appointment must be coordinated through messaging me.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with a notice of at least 48 hours, will incur no penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and an additional charge of $50, as it is difficult to fill the appointment in time. A new booking fee is required to secure another appointment.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling ON THE DAY of the appointment incurs a 100% appointment charge, and a new booking fee is necessary for rebooking.

  • No-call/no-shows are not tolerated and will result in a 100% appointment charge and a booking ban.

  • In the event that you make multiple cancellations or reschedulings of your appointments, I reserve the right to cancel any future appointments with you. I highly value my time, and trust that all my clients appreciate and respect my business. If you need to move it more than two times, please reach out to me before doing so. 

[PUNCTUALITY]

Please arrive promptly at the scheduled time or maximum 5 minutes earlier. As I see numerous clients throughout the day, I highly value your time, just as I value mine. Timely attendance is crucial to ensure that I can accommodate all appointments effectively. Unfortunately, I am unable to allocate additional time if you arrive late, and if you are more than 15 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment. Punctuality is appreciated as it allows me to maintain a smooth schedule for all my clients. Your consideration and promptness are greatly appreciated.

[ISSUES]

If you encounter any concerns or difficulties related to your service, I am happy to offer you a follow-up consultation at no charge. Subsequently, I will make every effort to address the matter, although the provision of complimentary service may be contingent upon the specific circumstances. It is imperative that you reach out within 72 hours following your appointment for me to facilitate this process.

[REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS]

  • I do not offer refunds for services rendered, given the high-quality products, time, effort, and service I have dedicated to your service. If, within 24 - 48 hours after your appointment, you experience an unexpected significant loss of eyelash extensions, please reach out promptly, and I will schedule a complimentary touch-up to rectify the situation. After this initial period, a full set charge will apply if you fail to notify me in advance.

  • In the event of an allergic reaction resulting from the treatment, which is a known risk associated with eyelash extensions, I strongly advise you to contact your doctor without delay. I will promptly provide a complimentary removal and deep cleansing service to address the situation. Your health and well-being is my top priority.

  • Appointments for clients displaying symptoms such as a cough, runny nose, fever, flu, or any COVID-19-like symptoms will be canceled. I reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive with any symptoms.

  • If you are feeling unwell, I kindly request that you cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Penalties for cancellations within 24 - 48 hours will be waived during this period. Please do not misuse this policy by no-showing without a valid reason. Repeated abuse of this policy may result in the unavailability of future appointments for you.
